Only thoroughly selected and dried hardwood (beech, oak) is used as a raw material for charcoal production. The sources of the hardwood are ecologically safe forests of Carpathian mountaines. Those forests are thoroughly managed and controlled by local and national authorities.

    Quality control system realized at the Plant prevents producing and delivering of the charcoal and charcoal briquettes with any infringements of required quality. The Plant Laboratory provides testing analyzes of each batch. Samples for testing are taken:

after receiving charcoal directly from the retort;

during packaging of the goods;

before the shipment of each batch to the Buyer.

    The Quality Control Department checks all test reports and makes decision either continue production (in case if the quality is in accordance to all requirements), or to withdraw the unsatisfactory quality charcoal from operation.

    In that case investigation of the quality infringements reasons and all necessary arrangements are carried out immediately.

    There is no way how the low quality charcoal or charcoal briquettes can be delivered to the customer.

    High quality is our goal and we take care of that.

DIN 51749(Germany),

AFNOR NF B 55 101(France),

NBN M 11-001(Belgium).

    Actual indexes are even higher than requirements of some European standarts.
